Texas State Securities Regulator has reached an agreement with four cryptocurrency companies accused of selling unregistered securities.

Information about the agreement was announced in the order published

February 21. As a result of the process that lasted nine months, Mintage Mining, BC Holdings and Investments, Social Membership Network Holding, NUI Social and Manager Darren Olayan (Darren Olayan) agreed to refrain from the supply of cryptocurrency tokenes to investors. The company listed on the list will also pay an administrative penalty of $ 25,000.

In July last year, the Texas Securities Council (SSB) determined that the proposals of the tokens of these companies fall under the definition of securities in accordance with local legislation. The last order confirms the conclusions of the regulator and does not require any further actions until the relevant licenses and documentation are collected. The order was signed by all companies.
